The company was founded in the UK and, with time, has established a very strong presence in European countries such as Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc. The firm’s global network comprises several brands. The firm’s roots via its predecessors date back to the 20th century. This company was actually born from the unification of Blick Rothenberg and Cogital Group (now Azets), as well as the demerger of Visma.

Azets acquired Campbell Dallas in 2017 and Wilkins Kennedy the following year. The company is currently headed by Dawn Marriott and has more than 160 offices across Europe.
