Relaxed culture. No dress code. Hierarchy is pretty flat: there are a few traders on each desk and one head of desk who oversees and helps out. Working hours are pretty flexible, other than that you have to be there during market hours (e.g. 8 am - 4:30 pm). Post work socials happen pretty regularly.

Always have the opportunity to ask questions and everyone's working together to help everyone improve. Never any hesitation in asking those above me any questions or concerns or noting any improvements I think can be made. The flat structure is really refreshing and relaxed. Formed a particularly tight bond between the grads and we are always speaking outside of work.
