Your role

As a software engineer intern, you will work as part of the team responsible for building features into the desktop Navisworks platform, interconnected with the flagship construction products within Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro.

Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the full development lifecycle from design to customer release.
  • Work on a well-established C++/Managed codebase.
  • Be a core member of the team and partake in the Agile development methodology.
  • Gain insight into modern software development within a global organisation.

Training & development   

This role is a 12-month internship programme that starts with training sessions to help you develop your technical and professional skills. You will work together with experienced software engineers, designers, and product experts to solve diverse challenges. You'll get to experience the latest in product development, working with software used by hundreds of thousands of customers. As an intern, you will get support, mentorship, guidance, autonomy and responsibility.

About you

To apply for this role you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

Minimum Qualification:

  • A full-time undergraduate student in an accredited software development-related course at a university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Interest or exposure to C++, .Net or Python.
  • Familiarity with software development principles.
