Your role

As a Technology Analyst,

• You’ll play a critical role in helping drive forward change and innovative solutions to complex problems.
• You’ll work with business areas to understand their needs and convey them to the technology team. Together, you’ll create technology solutions for the business that will increase performance.
• You’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets and finance and the technologies that will transform the industry.

Training, development & rotation

During the graduate program,

• Barclay's 2-year rotational program is designed to give you depth and breadth of experience while working side by side with the brains behind the Barclays tech team.
• You'll work alongside industry experts who are behind major leaps in FinTech.
• You’ll be following Barclay's innovative learning program which includes on-the-job training and valuable hands-on experience.

Salary & benefits

Generally, Graduate Technology Analyst salaries at Barclays can range from £41,000 - £45,000 per year.
