Business and Investor Advisory: You will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects at all stages of the project lifecycle from business case development through to M&A and benefits realisation. This includes strategy, commercial, economic policy and technical advisory to infrastructure investors, asset owners and developers and governments.
Management Consulting: Covering operational excellence in the built environment, such as operations strategy, business planning, asset management, construction and operations logistics, operational readiness and covering all aspects of transformational business change such as operating models and organisational development, leadership and capability building, team effectiveness, collaboration, behaviour change, resilience, and wellbeing.
Programmes & Project Management: Arup Programme and Project Management teams provide professional services across a wide range of strategic and complex projects in many sectors including Energy & Utilities, Commercial, Technology, Science, Healthcare, Industrial, Rail, Property, Aviation and Infrastructure. Some of the professional services Arup delivers to Arup clients include Programme and Project management, PMO, Business Transformation, Process Improvement and Strategic and Organisational Change projects.
At Arup, a majority of your learning comes from your day-to-day work on projects, stretch assignments, or interaction with senior colleagues. About a fifth takes the form of coaching or mentoring, attending events, or being involved in professional associations. Finally, Arup also offers formal classroom or e-learning-based courses. At Arup, a graduate gets an approximate salary of £30,000 per month.

Flexible days and working hours across the week – giving UK employees the ability to work their hours flexibly from Monday to Sunday, meaning staff could opt to work over the weekend
Working from home – working remotely is to become a permanent option, as UK employees can choose their place of work for up to three days per week, with two days spent in one of the Arup offices
